If you are not entirely satisfied with your clock you may return it to us within 35 days of the date of the invoice. 5 extra days for shipping time have been added. We do not charge a restocking fee, your purchase price will be refunded excluding the shipping and handling charges. In the case of items which have been shipped free of charge, we will need to charge for the shipping. Shipping on grandfather clocks is $59.95. Should a shipment appear to be visibly damaged on arrival you should refuse to accept it and contact us via email at sunriverstudios@yahoo.com(email also on contacts page) to request a replacement. All items to be returned will require our Return Merchandise Authorization number which should be requested through the above email address and should be clearly written on your original invoice and on the return-shipping label.
Returned items must be new and unused. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original packaging, tags, warranty cards, documentation, and manuals. When returning items, the package must be prepaid and sent by a carrier that can be tracked such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Please allow up to 21 days to process your refund.
Please note that the chimes and pendulum arm must be in the original restraints upon arrival.
